christmas

i hope that everyone had a great christmas. we sure did. it was simple, but good. i couldn't get to work today b/c of the icy roads. the roads out of my subdivision were blocked off, so i decided to be safe and stay home. i finished Twilight last night (excellent book) and am going to start the sequel later on today. i can't wait for my mom to start working again or at least for her unemployment to kick in. this is really hard. we're hanging on to hope right now.

Ooh TWILIGHT I LOVE THOSE BOOKS. I read them all. My co-worker is nutty about it too. Sorry about your mom, unemployment SUCKS so bad. It's insane! Luck has been on our side with Carlo and getting jobs. I just hope his new one works.

Sorry about the post before, I reposted an explanation - I'm sure you know it wasn't meant towards you. I know ya'll still work there and I know it's a pay check, etc. Believe me with 2 layoffs, I know better than anyone around - and I'm sure you do too with your mom's layoff - and I'm happy that she did find a job! Anyway I do apologize if I offended you, or anyone else.

I left the same post on Becca's blog, I'm unsure where else my blog transcends to.

I still feel guilty that I asked you everyday if your fish died yet and then it did die. I'm glad I didn't ask you that day if it did ... I didn't kill it, I swear.
