memory: how do you think yours is doing now that you're in your thirties?

i don't think it's doing well on certain things. i'm really good at remembering numbers and random things, but sometimes i have trouble with names and some older events. at work people will be like "remember when that happened?" and i'll pretend to remember when really i have no idea what they're talking about.
